My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although clean, didn't offer the expected sea or fountain view as stated. They were suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids but had some musky odors despite the closed balcony. The service was exceptional, especially Mashhour's polite and helpful assistance. The location was superb, offering a rich breakfast and comfortable beds, although the beach might not be as close as portrayed. The dining experience was phenomenal, catering even to those with food allergies. Facilities were good, providing various services like room service, car hire, and tours, enhancing the luxury feel of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are large and very well equipped with great toiletries and superior towels and bed linen, making for a comfortable stay. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff making sure our room was immaculately clean. The location is great, close to the Cornish area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The dining experience was also perfect, offering many varieties including delicious local dishes. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay in Jeddah.
